These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of your rental.
Your rental is governed by the pricing, terms and conditions confirmed with you at the time of booking: the rental period, weight limits, prohibited materials, damage and payment. Where anything on this page differs from what was confirmed at booking, the booking terms apply to your rental.
Pricing on This Site
The prices shown here are our standard rates for a standard rental in our core service area, and they are the ones we intend to honour. They are not a binding quote until we confirm your booking, because the right price depends on size, location, dates, and what you are throwing away.
Rates can change. The price confirmed at booking is the price that applies to your rental.
Additional charges are set out plainly before you book: overweight loads, prohibited items found in a load, and deliveries outside our normal service area. Our pricing page lists each one.
What You Can Put in a Container
Certain materials are never allowed, including paint, chemicals, solvents, oil, batteries, tires, propane tanks, appliances containing refrigerant, and anything hazardous or bio-medical.
Our FAQs list this in full. If you are unsure about an item, ask before you load it. It is much easier to sort out beforehand than after pickup.
Delivery and Your Property
You are responsible for making sure the delivery spot is clear, reachable, and suitable for a loaded truck, and for any permission needed to place a container, including from a landlord, HOA, or your city.
Driveways and other surfaces can be marked by the weight of a loaded container even with boards down. Tell us about anything fragile before delivery so we can plan around it.
Booking Through TrashLab
Online booking is handled by TrashLab, a separate company. When you book, their terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction alongside ours. We are not responsible for their platform.
Using This Website
You are welcome to read, print, and share this site. You may not copy our text, photographs, or branding for your own commercial use, scrape the site in bulk, or try to interfere with how it runs.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and correct, including sizes, weight limits, dimensions, and service areas. Occasionally something will be out of date or simply wrong.
If accuracy matters to your decision, call us and confirm. We would much rather answer the question than have you order the wrong size.

Where we link out, including to our booking system and to Clean Can, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
