FAQs

Small Haul Containers

  • Is there anything I cannot put in the dumpster?

We have specific guidelines for waste disposal to ensure proper resource management and waste handling. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines. Acceptable items include household waste, paper, plastics, glass, furniture, most electronic devices, and construction debris. Some heavy materials may need prior approval. Shingles are allowed if clean and not mixed with other materials. Bricks and soil can be disposed of. Yard waste must be in a separate container or a $200 fee applies if mixed with other debris. Prohibited items include appliances, propane tanks, tires, car batteries, paint, chemicals, solvents, oil tanks, radioactive waste, flammable materials, bio-medical waste, infectious waste, liquids, and hazardous materials. A $150 fee per item will be charged for any prohibited items found in the dumpster.
  • Can you haul concrete?

Yes, we can handle concrete disposal for smaller projects such as patios or front porches.
  • How full can I fill the dumpster?

All items should be at or below the top edge of the dumpster to ensure safe transport on highways. An additional charge of $80 per ton will apply if the dumpster exceeds the weight limit.
  • How do I load the dumpster?

Our dumpsters are designed with convenient barn doors that face your property, allowing for easy walk-in loading. This eliminates the need to lift heavy objects over your head.
  • What size dumpster should I order?

To help you visualize dumpster sizes, consider that a standard washing machine is about 1 cubic yard. We offer various sizes: 6 cubic yards (small car size) for small garage or basement cleanouts, 10 cubic yards (crossover vehicle size) for average kitchen or bathroom demolitions, 13 cubic yards (SUV size) for multiple home improvement projects, 16 cubic yards (minivan size) for 2-car garage or full basement cleanouts, and 20 cubic yards (our largest size) for extensive home projects or multiple room renovations. To maximize space, we recommend breaking down materials to utilize every inch.
  • How long can I keep the dumpster rental?

Our standard rental period is 7 days. If you finish early, please inform us for prompt pickup. Should you require additional time, contact us at least 2 days before the scheduled pickup to extend the rental at a reduced daily rate.
  • Will a dumpster fit in my driveway?

Absolutely. We ensure safe and clean placement in your driveway. Even our largest container is designed to fit within a standard parking space.
  • How soon can I get the container?

We offer same-day delivery within our designated service area.
